Tenant Find Service - £95/tenant

You keep full control but we find the right tenants for you.


  • Visit you at your property, provide a rental valuation and offer advice which you will help to let your property.
  • Advise you on compliance with the various safety regulations.
  • Find the right tenants. Your property will be advertised in the local press and on the internet if necessary, although we will often have tenants waiting.
  • Obtaining and assessing references*.
  • Collect a deposit from the tenant, which will be passed to you to hold until the tenant leaves the property.
  • Provide a standard Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement arranging the signing of this contract if required.

* We use the services of an independent referencing companies to obtain and assess references, as well as undertaking necessary credit checks.
