Reserving a property

Once we've found you a suitable property,


1. Complete an Application form (Please print and return by post,email or fax to GW Rentals) - you will need a chosen guarantor, or employer’s reference, bank details, and photographic id. Shared accommodation requires a main tenant.


2. Sign the Tenancy Agreement, Standing Order and pay the following:

Adminstration fee £60 for students (student ID proof required), £80 for professionals

One Months rent as a Damage deposit (Deposit Protection Scheme)

One month's rent in advance


3. Once completed you can move in!
